Apparently the "new" Star Wars cartoons are all the rage with the kiddos today. Here is a "Captain Rex" cake I created for my friend Nate's 5th birthday. According to his mom, Nate smiled about the cake for days!

Baby Shower Cakes

Wedding showers or baby showers, you gotta have cake! This is a "onesie" cake created for a friend of mine. The mommy-to-be did not know if she was having a boy or a girl. This is a two-layer white cake with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting.

Of course The Cookie Bee has to do cookies. Whether you need dozens for an office or family function, or just a dozne wrapped up nicely as a "thank you" cookies are always a solution.


Cookies are available in a variety of flavors and start at $4.00 a dozen; $5.00 a dozen for "bagged and bowed."

Trifles are great dessert alternatives...cake, pudding and fruit - you can't go wrong!

Husker Cakes

These cakes have been some of my favorites to create. As an avid Husker fan I was eager to try my hand at carving a Husker "N" and was thrilled at how they turned out! I am up and excited to try other styles of Husker cakes as well!

"N" cakes start at $35 for a 10 inch "square" cake.
