Parker turned 5 this weekend and wanted a pirate cake. His mom gave me artistic freedom and said I could do whatever I wanted so I found a cake similar to this guy and thought it was adorable and went with it. I love the end result! I wasn't sure the cake would fee all the people at Parker's party so I made some "first mate" cupcakes for Parker as well. Pictures of the cupcakes will follow...they are still on my camera!
